J.P. Howard has experienced a career in the resort development & consulting industry that is as unique as the Timeshare Concept itself. JP pioneered multiple areas and is most proud of founding the first of a few Timeshare Ethics Councils in resort towns throughout Colorado.
His “Psychology and the buying decision process: The Subconscious Dance” brought him early acclaim and he has continued traveling and performing his sales curriculum training, which he taught to many of the Branded Companies during their early start-up era.
Key Achievements
- Pioneered the founding of the first Timeshare Ethics Councils in resort towns throughout Colorado, which later expanded to other states.
- Only consulting company hired to assist the U.S. Federal Banking System during the Crisis of the 1980s.
- Consulted in Japan, Costa Rica, and Mexico (government contracts for Cancun & Cabo San Lucas) on timeshare industry influences.
- Developed timeshare condo projects in Steamboat Springs AND was recognized as the youngest developer at the 1986 RCI Convention.
- Significantly reduced marketing costs by pioneering off-site sales locations, which became very popular.
